Administer Google Workspace, user access, endpoints, Jamf, device lifecycle processes, office networking, AV, Zoom Rooms, and ticket resolution. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot recurring issues, coordinate escalations with global IT and vendors, and support onboarding, offboarding, office moves, and infrastructure improvements.
