Translate customer requirements into prompts, rules, and configurations; test edge cases; investigate unexpected AI behavior; and refine solutions. Work directly with customers to clarify needs, build reusable templates, and share insights with product and engineering teams. The role emphasizes precise writing, problem-solving, technical curiosity, rapid learning, and ownership rather than prior software engineering or AI experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for critical, primarily go-to-market roles; build proactive candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers and executives, manage agencies, and deliver structured, equitable interview processes. Maintain recruiting systems and data, forecast hiring progress, coordinate candidate logistics, mentor junior recruiting staff, and contribute to employer brand, referrals, and talent communities.

Write and maintain Levelpath’s B2B SaaS brand and product messaging across web pages, launch announcements, emails, campaigns, one-pagers, customer stories, and sales materials. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to explain complex procurement technology to varied enterprise audiences. Maintain messaging consistency, conduct competitive research, use performance data to improve copy, and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
