Design and execute trend-driven knitwear collections from concept through delivery. Lead yarn and stitch development, create presentation boards and 3D CADs, manage development timelines, coordinate with factories, vendors, and cross-functional teams, conduct market/trend research, and present customer-specific concepts to Sales and leadership.

Manage fabric selection, supplier relationships, and a centralized fabric library for ladieswear. Source competitive pricing, coordinate sampling and deadlines, track trends, and collaborate with design, production, and in-country fabric managers to support seasonal collections and production needs.

Support knitwear R&D and product development from concept through production approval. Manage yarn/stitch research, development packages, sample review, vendor communication, fittings, cost and quality targets, and cross-functional alignment.
