Leads pre-sales solution engineering while managing a team of Solutions Engineers. Owns technical discovery, security reviews, tailored demos, workshops, solution design, statements of work, RFPs, procurement questionnaires, and integration documentation through contract signature. Coaches team members, sets discovery and scoping standards, manages hiring processes and operating cadence, balances deal coverage, and supports handoff to deployment. Requires strong experience with CCaaS, UCaaS or voice AI, LLMs, APIs, integrations, and consultative enterprise selling.

Own the technical pre-sales process for insurance AI solutions, including discovery, security reviews, tailored demos, solution design, scoping, statements of work, RFPs, integration documentation, and deployment handoffs. Partner with account executives and customers to define solutions, support expansions, and ensure sold solutions can be delivered. The role requires consultative communication with business and IT stakeholders, hands-on LLM experience, and knowledge of APIs, voice platforms, and insurance workflows.

Prospect and qualify insurance-industry leads through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Research accounts, identify decision-makers, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Account Executives on handoffs, partner with Marketing on campaigns, and develop product and competitive knowledge to accelerate pipeline growth.
