Provides strategic technical leadership in industrial hygiene and safety engineering for a major account. Responsibilities include hazard identification, exposure assessments, risk prioritization, control evaluation, onsite industrial hygiene sampling, robotics and automation safety reviews, facility modernization support, executive reporting, KPI tracking, training, mentoring, and project leadership. The role is remote with up to 35% overnight travel across the United States and potentially internationally.

Assists senior underwriters in assessing tax liability insurance risks for M&A transactions, restructurings, renewable-energy incentives, and other deals. Reviews tax opinions, memoranda, agreements, rulings, and due diligence materials; supports policy negotiation and wording; services brokers and clients; develops relationships; and contributes to marketing and business development. Requires tax or tax-accounting experience, strong analytical, communication, legal-reading, and relationship-building skills, with CPA/MST or legal and tax credentials preferred.

Leads first-line operational excellence across investment operations, including risk and control self-assessments, control testing, remediation, KPI frameworks, operational-health reporting, governance, and transformation delivery. The role assesses processes across treasury, cash and trade, derivatives, loans, alternatives, shared services, and investment accounting. It partners with product, technology, risk, audit, and external providers to address root causes, improve controls, advance automation, and communicate operational risks and performance to senior leadership.
