Leads first-line operational excellence across investment operations, including risk and control self-assessments, control testing, remediation, KPI frameworks, operational-health reporting, governance, and transformation delivery. The role assesses processes across treasury, cash and trade, derivatives, loans, alternatives, shared services, and investment accounting. It partners with product, technology, risk, audit, and external providers to address root causes, improve controls, advance automation, and communicate operational risks and performance to senior leadership.

Provides strategic technical leadership for industrial hygiene and safety engineering programs supporting a major account. Responsibilities include hazard identification, exposure assessment, risk prioritization, control evaluation, robotics and automation safety reviews, onsite assessments, sampling analysis, facility modernization support, KPI development, executive reporting, training, mentoring, and project leadership. The role is remote with up to 35% overnight travel and requires expertise in occupational exposure limits, industrial hygiene methods, safety engineering, and regulatory standards.

Provides expert underwriting guidance and referral approval for large construction casualty programs, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto, excess, OCIP, and CCIP placements. Evaluates coverage, exposure, pricing, portfolio performance, and financial decisions; advises underwriting leadership; improves technical frameworks and underwriter capabilities; and collaborates with claims, actuarial, reinsurance, brokers, and customers.
