Perform on-site and desktop risk engineering surveys for conventional and renewable power facilities and construction projects. Assess design, hazards, management systems and loss drivers; produce actionable reports for underwriting and claims, recommend mitigation strategies, support claims analysis, follow up on recommendations, and participate in business development. Regular travel required.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for investment, asset management, and operations roles. Act as strategic partner to hiring managers, build and execute search and sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience through interviews and offers, maintain pipelines, track search progress, and help establish recruiting processes, tools, and best practices for a scaling organization.
