Lead and scale a high-velocity CRO program owning landing pages, funnels, and offers. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze funnel drop-offs, partner with paid media, creative, product, and engineering to improve conversion, CAC, and ROAS, and hire/develop a CRO team while ensuring compliance.

Assists with payroll processing, including employee changes, wages, benefits, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits. Maintains payroll records, reports, reconciliations, and compliance documentation; supports audits, journal entries, month-end reporting, tax notice resolution, and employee inquiries. Ensures payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with federal, state, and local requirements.

Lead UX strategy and design across patient and provider journeys for web and mobile, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Ops, Analytics, Growth, and Compliance to use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve engagement, efficiency, and outcomes. Drive design systems, accessibility, AI-enabled experiences, and data-informed, human-centered design practices.
