Provides front-desk, clerical, administrative, and customer service support in primary and walk-in care. Greets patients and visitors, manages calls and messages, schedules appointments, maintains records and databases, prepares reports, processes mail and documents, orders supplies, and performs basic accounting tasks. The role is PRN and requires flexibility, professionalism, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a stressful healthcare environment.

Directs plant or departmental operations within a rehabilitation hospital, overseeing patient care delivery, staffing, budgets, audits, information technology, complaints, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. The role manages hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and professional development while ensuring departmental goals align with clinical, administrative, legal, ethical, and organizational requirements.

Manages the hospital and affiliated clinics’ risk management and compliance programs. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating risks, investigating litigation matters, coordinating legal holds and claims, advising on informed consent and documentation, overseeing liability and property insurance activities, training staff, and serving as Compliance and Ethics Officer.

Leads a healthcare finance site liaison team while performing hands-on accounting and financial management. Responsibilities include overseeing overhead ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, P&L and balance sheet analysis, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements. Partners with finance and operational leaders to resolve complex accounting matters and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting in a shared-services environment.

Manage a team of 15–20 accountants overseeing hospital balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, month-end close, financial reporting accuracy, and variance resolution. Partner with hospital and finance leaders, ensure GAAP and policy compliance, and lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption using Oracle, reporting tools, Excel, and AI. Recruit, coach, and develop staff while supporting transformation initiatives and operational efficiency.

Develops rehabilitation program census by educating communities, building relationships with referral sources, conducting presentations, and identifying solutions to admission barriers. The role requires extensive face-to-face work with patients, families, physicians, care teams, and referral partners across an assigned territory. Candidates need a licensed clinical degree, healthcare experience, strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Performs CT and radiologic imaging procedures, reviews orders and patient histories, educates patients, administers contrast when ordered, monitors patient status, positions patients, evaluates image quality, documents results, and maintains equipment and safety standards. Requires radiologic technology education, registry certification, BLS, and CT certification within one year if not already obtained.

Oversee hospital quality improvement and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Quality Director. Apply Joint Commission standards and CMS Conditions of Participation, maintain confidentiality, analyze issues, communicate with stakeholders, and support patient-care quality initiatives.

Oversee inpatient rehabilitation program operations including clinical, financial, and administrative performance. Ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and strategic plans, supervise and develop staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, analyze metrics and lead quality improvement, and represent the program internally and externally.

Manage daily operations of physician services, including staff supervision, hiring, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), vendor/contracts oversight, equipment and supply management, and promoting professional development to support organizational goals.
