Provides and coordinates comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care, administers medications, monitors patients and newborns, educates families, documents care, and leads staff by assigning tasks, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure safe, high-quality maternal and infant care.

Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering: identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into engineering specifications, prioritize and manage a use-case pipeline, produce executive-ready AI communications using LLM tools, ensure governance and security compliance, track ROI of deployed solutions, and lead stakeholder engagement across units.

Manage daily operations of physician services, including staff supervision, hiring, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), vendor/contracts oversight, equipment and supply management, and promoting professional development to support organizational goals.
