Build custom widgets, workflows, scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID/Integration Hub). Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal clients, translate mission needs into ServiceNow solutions, create user stories and UAT plans, ensure federal compliance (Section 508, FISMA/NIST), mentor junior staff, perform gap analysis, and produce SOPs, user guides, and training materials within Agile delivery.
