Develop, configure, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications, enhancements, scripts, workflows, and integrations. Lead the architecture, development, customization, integration, deployment, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for federal projects. Develop workflows, scripts, widgets, and integrations across ServiceNow modules; ensure security, compliance, scalability, and performance. Lead and mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and support Agile delivery practices.
