Teams at Lincoln International

Serve as one of two main reception points for Lincoln International's New York office: answer multi-line phones, greet visitors, manage room calendars and mail/packages, troubleshoot minor A/V/phone issues, assist with events, expense processing in Concur, and perform general administrative and office support tasks.

The Associate will provide transaction opinions, financial analyses, and advisory services, focusing on M&A and valuation processes. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing presentations, managing timelines, and client coordination.

Lead restructuring-focused capital advisory engagements: originate and structure financing, produce marketing materials and complex financial models, manage Associates/Analysts, liaise with clients and finance providers, prepare term sheets and review loan agreements, and support business development and team training.
