Provide administrative support to a team of investment bankers in New York, handling heavy calendar management, travel and expense processing (Concur), Salesforce deal-tracking tasks, meeting and event coordination, and other office duties. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime.

The Associate will provide transaction opinions, financial analyses, and advisory services, focusing on M&A and valuation processes. Responsibilities include financial modeling, preparing presentations, managing timelines, and client coordination.

Prepare financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparables) to support fairness and solvency opinions; analyze SEC filings and market/transaction data; maintain valuation databases; produce client deliverables and presentations; collaborate with deal teams and assist with pitches, research, and marketing materials.
