Oversee front desk operations, welcome students and visitors, answer calls, process administrative paperwork, audit student files, prepare correspondence, coordinate background checks and drug tests, conduct employee orientations, maintain personnel files, manage bookstore inventory, and coordinate with Financial Aid regarding overdue Title IV payments.

Provides students with guidance through the financial aid process, including applications, Title IV clearance, specialized funding, data entry, file maintenance, and compliance. Supports veteran and agency students, participates in orientations and start events, and collaborates with financial aid leadership. Requires higher education financial aid experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with student information systems.

Prospect, interview, and enroll prospective students in skilled-trades education programs. Conduct presentations at high schools within an assigned territory, explain career and program information, assist applicants through admissions requirements, and support them through the pre-start process. The role requires strong communication, public speaking, goal orientation, technology proficiency, schedule flexibility, and travel with a valid driver’s license.
