Support sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Build financial models (DCF, comps, precedent, accretion/dilution), coordinate due diligence and virtual data rooms, maintain market maps and deal pipeline, conduct outreach to targets/advisors, prepare investment memos and board materials, partner cross-functionally to validate assumptions, and support post-close integration and synergy tracking.

Lead end-to-end M&A activities: source, evaluate, negotiate, and close acquisitions. Build financial models, manage diligence and external advisors, own pipeline and target relationships, produce board/executive materials, and drive post-acquisition integration and value capture across cross-functional teams.

The Product Manager, Voyage oversees the entire voyage experience, collaborating with teams to create memorable journeys, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing operational excellence and brand value.
