Own the technology strategy and roadmap for centralized property services. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to prioritize demand, define OKRs and KPIs, translate business needs into requirements, and manage releases. Lead project delivery, testing, change control, data integrations, vendor performance, communications, and IT General Controls. Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure platforms support business goals.

Paid 10-week summer internship supporting industrial real estate investment underwriting, financial modeling, market research, property valuation, due diligence, acquisition and disposition analysis, and investment committee materials. The intern will analyze tenant, lease, and operating data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to management.

Supports power and infrastructure investment analysis for data centers, powered shells, utilities, and industrial real estate. Responsibilities include financial underwriting, valuation, market research, due diligence, utility and infrastructure analysis, investment committee materials, presentations, dashboards, project tracking, portfolio monitoring, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders across North America.
