Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts for an online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, ongoing support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality reviews, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role requires extensive field travel, onsite client support, asset cataloging, photography, and participation in industry events. Candidates must build strong client relationships, use CRM and business software, and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Lead global compensation programs, job architecture, market pricing, benchmarking, salary surveys, and annual merit and bonus processes. Develop compensation analyses and recommendations, partner with HRIS on configuration and testing, support bonus and commission programs, ensure pay compliance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel up to 10%.
