Administer and configure Workday, manage system requests and enhancements, maintain HR data integrity, build reports and dashboards, analyze and improve HR processes, support releases and testing, provide user support and training, and maintain documentation and SLAs.

Manage and optimize dealership business listings across platforms (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.), ensure data accuracy (NAPW), maintain tracking and analytics connections, troubleshoot listing issues, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, enable platform features, and drive SEO performance through consistent citations and tracking.

Manage and optimize CX technology platforms and vendor relationships, drive adoption and ROI, partner with operations and marketing to improve digital customer experiences, deliver reporting and field enablement through training, audits, and coaching across dealerships.

Lead preparation and review of complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses; support monthly/quarterly/annual close, research U.S. GAAP for non-routine transactions, document technical conclusions, assist external audits, mentor team members, and improve processes and controls.
