Process invoices through AP workflow, administer assigned stores/queues, verify and correct invoice attributes, reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment discrepancies, create/post journal entries, support month-end schedules, handle urgent/manual payments, communicate issues and improvements, and assist with department projects.

Use SEO tools and analytics to identify trends, perform content audits, and gap analyses. Collaborate with SEM, marketing managers, and vendors, lead campaigns and seasonal content, mentor Online Content Specialists, and develop processes to improve organic visibility and site accuracy.

Manage and optimize dealership business listings across platforms (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.), ensure data accuracy (NAPW), maintain tracking and analytics connections, troubleshoot listing issues, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams, enable platform features, and drive SEO performance through consistent citations and tracking.
