Design and produce motion graphics and visual assets from ideation through execution. Own motion design needs, create advertising and marketing collateral, collaborate with creative, digital, brand and artist marketing teams, uphold Roc Nation brand standards, proactively solve production challenges, and manage multiple projects with strong time management and communication. Portfolio required.

Lead review and validation of outside counsel invoices, manage legal spend tracking and accruals, pursue insurance recoveries, support contract financial reviews, and assist internal audit and controls testing. Prepare reporting, reconcile recoveries to the general ledger, and coordinate with Legal, insurers, and finance leadership.

Coordinate day-to-day artist management operations: manage calendars, travel and household logistics, liaise with marketing/PR/digital/brand teams, prepare presentations, organize Google Drive, submit expenses, run errands, take detailed notes, support tours and events, and maintain discretion while working flexible hours for high-profile clients.
