Provides comprehensive executive administrative and contract administration support to the COO. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, communications, travel logistics, records management, document preparation, action-item follow-up, contract lifecycle tracking, approvals, execution routing, repository maintenance, and confidential personal administrative support. The role requires strong organization, discretion, judgment, attention to detail, and full-time onsite availability.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains compliant learning solutions for donation operations in a regulated clinical environment. Creates eLearning, simulations, instructor-led materials, assessments, job aids, and performance support using Articulate 360. Administers LMS content and reporting, maintains audit-ready training records, partners with SMEs and compliance teams, manages learning projects, and evaluates training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Delivers in-person and virtual training for donation operations staff in a regulated clinical environment. Manages LMS assignments, scheduling, attendance, completion records, and reporting. Supports competency validation, simulations, remediation, onboarding, and compliance training. Collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and operational leaders to improve training effectiveness and ensure alignment with CMS, OPTN/UNOS, federal, and New York State requirements.

Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent management, benefits administration, employee records, policy guidance, and termination processes. Partners with department leaders on talent strategies, maintains confidential personnel files, supports employment-law compliance, and responds to employee and applicant inquiries. The role also contributes to process improvement, organizational culture initiatives, and HR reporting.

Coordinates organ and tissue donation services across hospitals and transplant centers. The role manages hospital relationships, supports real-time case management, resolves operational barriers, analyzes hospital performance, delivers healthcare professional education, develops quality-improvement initiatives, and promotes regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include documenting activities in EMR and Salesforce, maintaining hospital information, conducting service recovery, and collaborating with clinical, hospital, and executive stakeholders to improve donation outcomes.

Provides executive leadership for a 24-hour organ allocation and placement department. Oversees strategic operations, regulatory compliance, quality systems, workforce planning, budgets, performance analytics, education, leadership development, and operational readiness. Directs multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with CMS, OPTN, FDA, and state requirements, manages audits and corrective actions, and collaborates with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to improve organ utilization, efficiency, safety, and organizational performance.

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains LiveOnNY’s cloud infrastructure, IT systems, networks, security, and operations. Leads technology modernization, architecture, complex implementations, troubleshooting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Advises executive leadership on technology strategy, security architecture, data strategy, and transformation roadmaps. The role also mentors IT staff, defines technical standards, collaborates with business stakeholders, and ensures scalable, secure, and responsive technology solutions.

Supports community engagement and culturally responsive outreach programs promoting organ, eye, and tissue donation. Builds relationships with community leaders, advocacy groups, and influencers; delivers presentations and educational programs; represents LiveOnNY at events; coordinates outreach logistics; tracks activities and outcomes; and provides field feedback. May assist with family engagement and donation conversations in collaboration with hospital partners. Requires travel throughout the service area and occasional work outside standard business hours.
