Teams at Lomography

Provides customer support, processes orders, returns, exchanges, and transactions, maintains records and inventory, coordinates warehouse logistics, files quality-control evidence, generates reports, and supports occasional marketing and wholesale events. The role is full-time and on-site in Brooklyn, serving North American customers and B2B operations while collaborating with global teams.

Support sales and marketing activities including researching retail partners, creating sales materials and social content, assisting with order processing and logistics, and helping manage social media and editorial campaigns.

Identify and qualify retail and non-photography leads, perform market research, conduct cold outreach and email campaigns, build and maintain partner relationships, collaborate with sales and marketing, track and report performance, and represent Lomography at trade shows. Occasional travel required.
