Source and recruit commercial sales talent (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, Sales Managers, Revenue Leaders). Run fast interview processes, build passive candidate relationships, partner with hiring managers on hiring bars, keep pipelines and forecasts accurate, and continuously improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Assess sales capability using quota attainment, pipeline metrics, ACV, cycle length, win rates, forecasting, territory performance and sales methodologies.

Build and own Loop's financial operating system: lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash and capital management, board and investor finance, commercial finance, accounting oversight, and hire and scale the finance team while partnering closely with founders and cross-functional leaders.
