Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, coach reps through complex B2B SaaS deals, own forecasting and quota performance, improve conversion rates, build sales playbooks and onboarding, and partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy. The role combines hands-on deal involvement with sales leadership, hiring, performance management, and process improvement in a rapidly growing company.

Own full-cycle recruiting for critical business functions, partnering with executives and hiring managers to build teams and new functions. Proactively source passive candidates, create talent maps, conduct high-volume interviews, advise on talent markets, close candidates, and improve recruiting workflows using AI, automation, and recruiting technologies.

The associate will manage product and customer value metrics, build playbooks, and collaborate with teams to enhance product delivery.
