Build and own Lorum’s accounting function across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing close processes, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, consolidations, statutory reporting, audit and regulatory interactions, AP/AR, payroll accounting, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, ERP migration from Xero to NetSuite, and accounting-team development. The Controller will support bank charter and licensing applications across the US, Europe, Singapore, and UAE while partnering with finance, legal, compliance, auditors, and regulators.

Hunter-focused institutional sales role selling correspondent banking, clearing and treasury solutions into mid-sized banks. Build and own a self-sourced pipeline, run deals from first contact to onboarding, manage multi-stakeholder cycles with C-level buyers, and travel ~40% for in-person meetings.

Build and maintain high‑reliability backend services for clearing and payments. Design APIs and domain logic, ensure scalability, observability, security and compliance, participate in on‑call and incident response, write comprehensive tests, and collaborate with Product and Cross‑functional teams to deliver production systems.
