Build and maintain high‑reliability backend services for clearing and payments. Design APIs and domain logic, ensure scalability, observability, security and compliance, participate in on‑call and incident response, write comprehensive tests, and collaborate with Product and Cross‑functional teams to deliver production systems.

Owner of time-sensitive client casework for payments: triage Salesforce cases, investigate failed or delayed SWIFT/wire/cross-border payments, coordinate with banks and internal teams, draft compliant responses, close cases with documentation, and contribute to SOPs and QA to protect client experience and ensure timely settlement.

Build, operate and improve AWS infrastructure and CI/CD systems using Terraform and GitHub Actions. Run production services (on-call, incident response), implement observability, ensure security and compliance (SOC 2/ISO27001), automate operational tasks, and partner with backend, security, and product teams to deliver reliable, secure services.
