Own partner operations across the Solution Partner Program and hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace motions. Manage partner support, applications, onboarding, certification, directory listings, lead handoffs, system administration, integrations, automations, AI agents, and program reporting. Improve processes, resolve escalations, maintain partner systems, and help launch scalable programs aligned with go-to-market goals.

Own a large scaled-customer book, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, account health, and risk. Design and operate one-to-many customer education programs, including curricula, learning paths, webinars, lifecycle communications, digital onboarding, and self-service resources. Measure program impact through retention, engagement, activation, and re-engagement metrics. Partner with Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to resolve blockers, identify expansion opportunities, and scale successful customer motions.

Build and manage regional system integrator partnerships, connecting partner motions to enterprise customers, product priorities, adoption, and revenue. Develop delivery capacity, customer-backed offers, repeatable partner plays, and operating processes. Coordinate dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations while evaluating partner performance, customer evidence, economics, and future ecosystem expansion.

Lead Lovable's enterprise and strategic accounts motion: source and close seven- and eight-figure deals, hire and coach strategic AEs, build account plans, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, and establish Lovable as the platform of choice for large enterprises.

Lead Lovable's always-on virtual communities (Discord 100k+, Reddit, Facebook), run 2-3 weekly live programs, own moderation systems and volunteer leader programs, manage recording and CRM pipelines, surface community feedback to product and marketing, track community health metrics, and coordinate cross-timezone operations and regular travel.

Own end-to-end mid-market SaaS sales cycles (prospect to contract) with ACVs of $50K–$250K. Build account plans, lead demos and discovery, craft ROI business cases, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and retention, and use customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.

Drive and deliver strategic partner integrations: assess partner architectures, prototype and ship integrations, manage executive relationships, build business cases, and inform product and GTM.

Build and maintain reliable data warehouse models and pipelines to power GTM metrics, dashboards, and automation. Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering on instrumentation, CRM and usage modeling, data quality, observability, forecasting, and actionable data products for GTM teams.

As the Brand Editor & Copywriter, you'll develop and maintain Lovable's brand voice, review content, and manage freelancers while producing high-impact copy.

Own messaging and positioning for the self-serve product journey from signup to expansion. Partner with Growth PM and Lifecycle to create, test, and iterate onboarding, in-app, email, and upgrade copy. Build messaging frameworks, guidance by segment, and analyze experiment results to improve activation and expansion.
