Lead and build a Forward Deployed Engineering team while remaining hands-on. Partner with customers to understand complex technical needs, design and ship full-stack and AI solutions, guide architecture and code reviews, manage technical engagements end to end, and translate deployment insights into platform improvements. Shape engineering standards, product strategy, technical roadmaps, and global FDE operating practices.

Own Lovable’s website visual direction and brand craft, designing landing pages, campaign sites, and web experiences. Define typography, layouts, imagery, motion principles, and scalable visual systems while partnering with design engineers to ship high-quality, web-native implementations. Collaborate with marketing and brand on launches and positioning, maintain consistency, and push the quality and creativity of marketing sites.

The Founding Deployment Strategist will drive customer success by managing onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes, while collaborating with teams to implement scalable solutions and strategies for customer value realization.
