Partners with AI, platform, IAM, and security teams to establish zero-trust, compliant, production-ready standards; troubleshoots integrations, automates onboarding, supports CI/CD and IaC, documents controls, and mentors engineers.

Leads enterprise AI governance and technology risk programs, establishing responsible AI policies, controls, monitoring, approval processes, and regulatory alignment. Oversees risks involving models, data, privacy, cybersecurity, cloud, third parties, and operational resilience. Advises executives, regulators, auditors, governance committees, and the Board while building a high-performing risk and AI governance team.

Leads LPL Financial’s enterprise pricing strategy, including pricing architecture, financial modeling, scenario analysis, governance, and implementation roadmaps. Evaluates pricing across advisor segments, platforms, products, services, and affiliation models to improve growth, margins, earnings quality, retention, and client experience. Partners with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop recommendations, align stakeholders, manage strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing pricing strategy team.
