The Vice President of People will partner with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to execute global people strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, people operations, employee relations, compensation, compliance, engagement, leadership development, analytics, and organizational change. The role aligns People Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition while advising senior leaders and building scalable, globally consistent practices.
