Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise applications and integrations for VA healthcare modernization. Work in Agile teams to develop APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices, support legacy VistA/MUMPS systems, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, and ensure federal cybersecurity and compliance.

Provide deep VistA and MUMPS subject-matter expertise to support VA EHR modernization. Review generated MUMPS code, FileMan definitions, workflows, and documentation for accuracy. Advise technical teams on architecture, integrations, interoperability, and migration strategies. Support troubleshooting, data mapping, interface analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and knowledge transfer across stakeholders.

Design and implement enterprise integration architecture to connect VistA/MUMPS legacy healthcare systems with modern cloud and enterprise platforms. Lead API, middleware, messaging, and data exchange solutions using HL7/FHIR/REST, evaluate AI-generated interface outputs for accuracy, define integration standards and governance, ensure federal security and compliance, support migration/modernization, recommend integration technologies, and produce technical documentation and troubleshooting across the system lifecycle.
