Leads and develops a US-based Product Specialist team delivering product demonstrations, Proof of Value trials, and complex customer engagements. Partners with Sales on enterprise opportunities, translates customer requirements into use cases, coaches specialists, monitors capacity and performance, and collaborates with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to improve customer experience and scale processes. The role remains hands-on in high-value opportunities and requires strong enterprise software, presentation, commercial, analytical, and team leadership experience.

Leads and scales Luminance’s Product Specialist organization, overseeing strategy, performance, leadership development, recruitment, training, and workforce planning. Partners with Sales on complex enterprise opportunities, directs discovery, demonstrations, and Proof of Value trials, and represents the company with senior customers. Establishes scalable engagement processes, KPIs, and capacity plans while sharing market insights with Product and R&D. Supports continuity across evaluation, implementation, and adoption in a rapidly growing international business.
