Monitor and coordinate outage resolution across access and core broadband networks (IP, Transport, Voice). Troubleshoot, isolate outages, create third-party tickets, support root cause analysis, and restore customer services while collaborating with engineering and operations teams on change management and chronic issue identification.

Plan and prepare OSP fiber design and construction drawings, select cost-effective routes, oversee design/permitting vendors, coordinate with sales, track project issues, ensure compliance with safety and telecom standards, and integrate process innovations to support FTTH network expansion.
