Data Analyst Intern supporting Lyft Urban Solutions by developing reporting frameworks, defining performance metrics, building dashboards, diagnosing KPI trends, and delivering reliable insights to city partners. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Finance teams to improve bikeshare fleet management, pricing, accessibility, and infrastructure decisions.

Software Engineer Interns will build and improve user-facing Lyft products, own projects, write reliable tested code, participate in code reviews, and support continuous integration and deployment. The role involves full-stack web development using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS, with attention to browser behavior, performance, databases, and real-time technology. Interns collaborate closely with experienced engineers in a hybrid New York City office environment.

Data Science Interns will develop optimization, machine learning, or inference models supporting Lyft’s marketplace and transportation platform. Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, production modeling, algorithm implementation, simulated and live experiments, statistical analysis, and communicating findings to guide launch decisions. Interns collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners. Candidates must be pursuing a relevant master’s or PhD and be available in Summer 2027 for a hybrid internship in New York City.
