Manages the full contract lifecycle for customer, partner, vendor, and commercial agreements. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and closing SaaS, software licensing, services, procurement, reseller, and subcontractor contracts. The role assesses legal and commercial risks, negotiates key provisions, supports sales objectives, maintains contract templates and playbooks, coordinates internal stakeholders, escalates significant issues, and tracks contractual obligations and milestones.

Develop and improve embedded graphics and compute drivers, customize products for embedded hardware and real-time operating systems, and profile and optimize drivers and applications. Write and review technical specifications while collaborating on reliable, high-quality safety-critical solutions. The role requires embedded software development, debugging, troubleshooting, and familiarity with graphics APIs, ARINC 653, and safety-critical development practices.

Leads and mentors a cross-functional software engineering team, managing career development, performance, and resource allocation. Owns delivery of operating system features, including timelines, risks, and dependencies. Serves as a technical liaison for customers and stakeholders, translating operational capabilities into software requirements. Interprets aerospace and safety-critical standards into actionable engineering work while ensuring compliant, secure delivery.
