Drives customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, product adoption, and successful outcomes for healthcare payer clients.

Build and own production data pipelines using Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and Python; implement canonical data models; embed validation, quality checks, lineage, freshness, and alerting; support governed self-service data delivery; migrate workloads; partner with business consumers; participate in on-call and incident reviews; and mentor engineers while maintaining strong testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code-review practices.

Lead architecture, implementation, and optimization of Azure cloud infrastructure across multiple subscriptions. Build IaC standards and automation, mentor engineers, support mission-critical applications, improve deployment speed and cost control, monitor system health, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, secure, production-grade systems.
