Lead Lyric’s marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, field marketing, content, and brand. Build a scalable demand engine, optimize marketing technology and data infrastructure, align marketing and sales around pipeline and revenue goals, and establish forecasting and reporting processes. Recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage external PR, creative, and digital partners, and market complex AI and supply-chain solutions to Fortune 500 and 1000 buyers.

Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization implementations. Responsibilities include engagement governance, solution architecture, modeling, data integration, configuration, UAT, adoption, change management, and executive stakeholder alignment. Manages global cross-functional teams, scopes statements of work, drives delivery accountability, and provides product roadmap feedback. The role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical delivery, supply chain analytics, and program management expertise.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, measurable value, and expansion. Lead success reviews and executive engagements, translate supply chain challenges into solution strategies, build prototypes in Lyric Studio, train customer teams, coordinate forward-deployed engineers, partner with Sales on growth opportunities, and relay customer needs to Product and Engineering. The role requires deep supply chain expertise, technical fluency in modeling, planning, or AI/ML, and strong executive relationship skills.
