The Director of Marketing will develop and execute a cohesive strategy to expand M13's network, enhance deal flow, and build brand reputation through integrated digital marketing and community engagement efforts.

Lead Niural's marketing and growth strategy across brand, demand, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle. Build scalable demand generation and performance channels, establish growth analytics and experimentation frameworks, align marketing with product and sales, and grow a high-performing marketing team to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead and scale Niural's global legal and compliance functions: build the team, create compliance frameworks across employment, payroll, tax, privacy, AML/KYC and fintech regulations, advise leadership and product, manage contracts, audits, licensing, and external counsel.

Partner with C-level leaders to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, streamline operations, prepare executive materials, represent the CEO, and lead special projects (fundraising, partnerships, expansion) to accelerate company growth.

Build data and AI-powered internal tools (meeting prep automation, portfolio benchmarking, diligence tooling) used by M13's investment team; produce clean, maintainable code, documentation, and collaborate with end users to iterate on production-ready systems.

Summer internship within the Investment Team focused on sourcing AI-native founders from Northeastern universities, building campus relationships, executing a high-impact campus initiative (hackathon/pitch day), supporting diligence on AI ideas, and developing repeatable sourcing frameworks to expand M13's early-stage pipeline.

The Investor Relations Associate supports fundraising processes, manages LP relationships, prepares investor materials, and oversees portfolio analytics.
