Lead and manage the middle-grade and graphic novel marketing team (three direct reports), set category strategy, execute high-impact frontlist/backlist campaigns, oversee budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, present results to leadership, and drive discovery through innovative marketing and analytics.

Provide administrative and editorial support to the editorial director and executive editor: schedule meetings, manage library/backlist, prepare metadata and production forms, proofread and line edit, read and evaluate submissions, draft acquisitions memos and sales copy, and coordinate communications with authors, agents, and internal departments.

Lead and art direct cover and interior design for children's and YA books, managing designers and freelancers, delivering original cover concepts through final production, coordinating schedules/budgets, recommending illustrators/photographers, and collaborating with editorial, creative, and production teams to maintain design excellence and process improvements.
