Supports Being Frenshe brand marketing across campaign execution, retail and e-commerce programs, product launches, creative assets, influencer and social media activations, consumer engagement, trend analysis, and performance tracking. Coordinates timelines, budgets, product information, agencies, retailers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective, on-brand execution.

Leads product claims strategy, substantiation, review, approval, and governance across beauty, personal care, wellness, and cosmetic portfolios. Develops testing plans, evaluates statistical and technical reports, prepares substantiation dossiers, and ensures claims comply with FDA, FTC, NDA, and global cosmetic regulations. Partners with R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, laboratories, and scientific experts to reduce regulatory and litigation risk while supporting compliant product innovation.
