Teams at Maesa

Support execution of brand marketing campaigns, product launches, and retailer/e-commerce initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional projects, assist with social media and influencer programs, monitor trends, perform competitive research and campaign reporting, and provide administrative support to the Brand Marketing team for a six-month hybrid role.

Lead Maesa's in-house Studio to define visual identity and produce digital-first photo and video content across brands. Oversee photographers, videographers, and editors while hands-on directing, shooting, and editing. Drive platform-optimized social strategies, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with Art Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand campaigns on time and on budget.

Manage month-end close, perform and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis; oversee payroll, T&E processing, vendor invoice workflows in NetSuite/Medius; support audits, drive accounting process improvements, and partner cross-functionally.
