Work with the CEO and senior leaders on operations and growth projects: clean and standardize HubSpot CRM data, standardize proposal logging, maintain reporting and dashboards, audit project wrap reports, track follow-up checklists, document executive meeting actions, use AI tools (Claude) to improve workflows, and recommend process improvements while maintaining confidentiality.

Support Magnet's creative team for Financial and Technology clients by assisting on video, live events, podcasts, and social campaigns. Write copy paired with visuals, contribute to creative presentations, conduct research, and share a portfolio. Must be pursuing a related degree, available EST, and commit three days weekly for college credit.

Support the SVP of Marketing by assisting on digital campaigns (email, social, content), creating and curating social media content, conducting market research and competitive analysis, coordinating events and webinars, tracking campaign performance with analytics tools, collaborating on marketing collateral, maintaining website and social pages, and providing administrative support.
