Lead pricing strategy, packaging architecture, and commercial analysis for the EPM portfolio. Own pricing operations, discount governance, elasticity and willingness-to-pay studies, and provide pricing inputs for planning and new product launches (including Lineos). Partner with product, sales, and finance to deliver pricing playbooks, price-realization baselines, and governance frameworks.

Manage and grow existing SMB and mid-market customer accounts by identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining pipeline, conducting demos, coordinating resources, and meeting revenue quotas. Conduct heavy prospecting, present value to senior clients, and track activity and forecasts in Salesforce and Gong while collaborating with marketing and services teams.

Own and prioritize the batch processing product backlog for equity events (option exercises, RSUs, ESPP). Write detailed PRDs, define job sequencing, scheduling, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, Security/Compliance, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Lead customer discovery, demos, and training to ensure accurate, compliant, high-volume transaction processing.
