Lead Maiden Home’s end-to-end luxury furniture product development function from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Own the product roadmap, scale processes and systems, oversee manufacturing partner technical approval, champion quality and brand standards, and build a high-performing product development organization. Partner cross-functionally with design, sourcing, operations, and client services while recruiting, coaching, and developing senior talent in a growing multi-category business.

Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of Maiden Home’s logistics network, including 3PL and carrier management, white-glove delivery, international freight, customs, returns, storage, claims, freight spend, and performance measurement. Build provider partnerships, negotiate contracts, manage capacity and tariffs, implement logistics systems, and establish scorecards and accountability frameworks that improve cost, reliability, product condition, and client experience.

Drive individual and showroom sales for a luxury furnishings flagship, manage the full client lifecycle, and build relationships with residential and trade customers. Advise clients on products, customization, aesthetics, budgets, and timelines while delivering an elevated in-store experience. Develop and execute revenue-generating events, maintain product expertise, coordinate order workflows with internal teams, and uphold showroom standards. The role requires a strong design network, consultative selling skills, CRM proficiency, and availability for full-time weekend work.
