Lead strategy, planning, and execution of Maiden Home's organic social and editorial content. Translate brand and Founder vision into platform-first storytelling, build communities and partnerships across the design ecosystem, own content operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to create elevated social-first content that grows brand authority and influence.

Produce digital and print assets across email, social, paid media, landing pages, catalogs, and OOH. Support campaign concepting and execution, maintain brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, manage asset organization and timelines, participate in creative reviews, and contribute cultural insight to inspire creative work.

Provide high-touch consultation and support for consumer and trade clients, manage complex inquiries and escalations, support phone/chat channels, handle full order lifecycle, advise on products and finishes, maintain CRM records, build long-term client relationships and generate incremental sales, and support cross-functional initiatives.
