Designs and develops enterprise integration and AI automation infrastructure, including production MCP servers, AI agents, APIs, Celigo workflows, and secure connections to enterprise applications. Owns integration architecture, authentication, observability, error handling, access controls, monitoring, documentation, and production support. Builds reliable, scalable solutions using REST, SOAP, webhooks, enterprise authentication, and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.

Designs and prototypes enterprise Data and AI architectures connecting applications, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI capabilities. Responsibilities include building proofs of concept, designing data flows and integrations, defining infrastructure and security requirements, connecting AI agents through APIs, MCP, and RAG, and validating end-to-end implementations. The role partners with delivery teams while remaining hands-on in technical design, development, testing, and solution architecture.

Leads a portfolio of insurance SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timeline, scope, quality, margin, financial, and client satisfaction objectives. Directly manages strategic customer implementations while coaching project managers and business analysts. Oversees governance, risks, dependencies, staffing, utilization, and stakeholder alignment; partners with engineering, product, QA, sales, and PMO teams. Drives AI adoption, standardized delivery practices, and improved implementation predictability and operational consistency.
