Teams at Major League Soccer, L.L.C.

Manages match presentation operations for MLS matches and major events, coordinating Clubs, league stakeholders, vendors, contractors, talent, consultants, and temporary staff. Oversees policies, matchday communications, issue resolution, ceremonies, live entertainment, field production, and event logistics. Contributes creative direction, budget tracking, vendor management, documentation, training resources, post-event reviews, and real-time execution of pre-match, halftime, and post-match programming.

Leads soccer analytics and data science workstreams supporting MLS competition, player relations, medical, and sporting decisions. Uses soccer, roster, tracking, financial, and performance data with statistical, AI, and machine learning methods. Evaluates roster rules, competition changes, player pathways, and sports science trends; develops KPIs, models, reporting, and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Also guides sporting data governance, technology evaluations, vendor use, and cross-functional analytics priorities.

Leads employee engagement, culture, belonging, Employee Resource Group strategy, and internal communications. Develops engagement programs, manages company-wide events and leadership forums, oversees employee communication channels, supports inclusive practices, and measures program impact. Partners with HR, talent teams, leaders, and ERG sponsors to strengthen employee experience, retention, and organizational alignment.
