Prospect and qualify premium short-term rental property owners across North America through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social media. Maintain lead and pipeline records in a CRM, schedule qualified meetings with the acquisition team, assess properties against program standards, and monitor luxury real estate trends. This is a remote, full-time W2 contract role requiring strong communication, outbound sales experience, CRM familiarity, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and data frameworks for revenue operations. Analyze funnel performance and program effectiveness, translate complex data into leadership insights, automate recurring reporting, and perform SQL-based data wrangling and transformations. The role partners with cross-functional, engineering, and data science teams to improve measurement, resolve data issues, and support strategic business decisions.

Supports sales operations for strategic accounts through territory planning, account segmentation, capacity modeling, quota setting, forecasting, and process improvement. Maintains Salesforce data integrity, performs bulk updates, builds reports and dashboards, delivers business insights, conducts ad hoc analyses, and collaborates with account, marketing, finance, and operations teams. This is a remote, full-time W2 contract role lasting approximately six months.
