Supports long-term-care pharmacy network members with claims analysis, reimbursement oversight, payer contracts, enrollment, credentialing, compliance, and account management. Researches and resolves complex operational issues, analyzes claims data, develops reports and dashboards, prepares member communications, and coordinates with pharmacies, payers, PBMs, Account Executives, Finance, and Operations. The role also improves processes, manages network enrollment changes, presents network updates, and supports member retention. It is remote with 25–50% travel.

Drive new member acquisition across the West Territory for senior living providers. Use consultative selling, manage pipeline in Salesforce, leverage AI-powered prospecting and generative AI for outreach, structure complex GPO deals, build executive relationships, travel ~50%, and partner cross-functionally to execute sales and implementation plans.
