Manages fine-fragrance evaluation and development projects, selecting commercially viable fragrances aligned with customer needs, brand DNA, consumer preferences, and market trends. Collaborates with perfumers, customers, vendors, and internal teams; oversees sensory testing, stability follow-up, project priorities, costs, and timelines. May supervise or mentor junior evaluators and oversee department operations in the department head’s absence.
