Lead long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales for Manifest's immigration and global compliance solutions. Manage multi-stakeholder deals, run pilots and business cases, use MEDDPICC for forecasting, and represent the company at industry events.

Build and own the People function as the first People Operations hire: design onboarding, culture, events, engagement programs, manager coaching, and recognition. Establish core people systems (HRIS configuration, payroll, benefits, compliance), write foundational policies, and create scalable processes across Manifest OS and Manifest Law.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO and run day-to-day in-person office operations and culture. Own an editorial vertical: research, draft, and publish long-form content and create AI-powered workflows. Repurpose content for social, email, and webinars, ghostwrite for attorneys, and own distribution metrics and conversions. Manage complex calendars and end-to-end travel, handle confidential information, and continuously improve office systems and employee experience.

Drive operational improvements across intake, case production, quality, and internal ops: diagnose breakdowns, redesign workflows, build dashboards/automations, run analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch and measure initiatives.

Backend-focused fullstack developer building an AI-powered legal platform. Design scalable backend architectures, implement AI workflows (document generation, case evaluation, conversational interfaces), build secure Node.js/TypeScript APIs, ensure compliance for legal and financial data, translate legal workflows into UX, use AI coding tools daily, and own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
