Own the company’s data platform architecture, reliability, governance, and roadmap. Lead a team while remaining hands-on with complex designs and queries. Drive tooling decisions, data modeling, orchestration, observability, identity resolution, canonical data models, and AI-ready data foundations. Ensure data freshness, correctness, lineage, access control, PII handling, and auditability while partnering with engineering, marketing, sales, and legal operations.

Build and ship full-stack legal technology features, production APIs, secure client portals, case management systems, and AI-powered document workflows. Own architecture through production deployment, contribute to PostgreSQL database design, and manage cloud services, preferably on GCP. The role requires autonomous ownership, measurable business impact, and extensive use of AI coding tools.

Associate General Counsel will lead privacy and AI compliance, advise on legal ethics and regulatory developments, negotiate commercial and SaaS contracts, manage vendor and customer agreements, and support partnerships, M&A, fundraising, immigration, and visa petitions. The role will build scalable legal risk and compliance processes, collaborate with product, engineering, operations, founders, and executives, and use AI tools to automate legal workflows and contract review.
