Own and operationalize the go-to-market data foundation: unify BigQuery pipelines (revenue, spend, funnel), reconcile analytics (Amplitude, GA4), build semantic layers and conversational BI, implement multi-touch attribution and LTV:CAC, eliminate manual reporting, and lead a small data engineering team while remaining hands-on with dbt.

Provide white-glove client support via chat, email, and phone; onboard and guide clients through immigration cases; coordinate case activities, flag missing items, and escalate as needed. Drive strategic initiatives to identify inefficiencies, build and test AI/automation workflows, partner cross-functionally to improve processes, and ensure consistent, organized client experiences.

Lead end-to-end strategy and operations for two communities (B2B Mission and B2C Extraordinary Ability Club): own P&L, scale membership, drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid legal clients; design programming, build acquisition channels and partnerships, track metrics, and manage 2-3 moderators while working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and product.
