Lead the restaurant’s guest experience by welcoming guests, managing seating flow, overseeing ambiance, training hosts, coordinating reservations and VIP details, and supporting large parties and special events. Maintain guest profiles and availability in SevenRooms and OpenTable, collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams, manage concierge and community relationships, and drive guest acquisition through outreach and partnerships.

Manage brand marketing strategy, campaigns, content, social media, paid media, CRM initiatives, events, and agency relationships for designated hospitality brands. Develop marketing plans, oversee creative assets and editorial calendars, analyze campaign performance, conduct segmentation and A/B testing, and report results to leadership. Represent the brand at events and maintain relationships with operators, agencies, influencers, and community partners. This is an on-site, in-market role requiring restaurant or hospitality marketing experience.
