Leads the People Partner function, team, and enterprise people strategy. Advises senior business and clinical leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and change management. Oversees Workday optimization, people analytics, responsible AI and automation initiatives, workforce programs, vendors, and policy governance across a complex healthcare organization.

Develops and scales people-leader enablement by translating leadership, performance, engagement, talent, and organizational priorities into practical tools, resources, and experiences. Consults with leaders across levels, identifies capability gaps, supports coaching and performance practices, enables change adoption, and partners with HR and business teams. Uses feedback, engagement, performance, and adoption data—along with digital tools, AI, and automation—to improve leader effectiveness and the teammate experience.

Administer and enhance Salesforce by configuring platform features, automations, security, reports, dashboards, and data processes. Support users, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, conduct testing and releases, and improve business workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and system administrators to deliver scalable solutions while supporting governance, compliance, data quality, and continuous platform improvement.
