Partners with executives, oversees workforce planning and succession, manages HR systems and payroll coordination, ensures US and UK compliance, and supports change management and M&A integration.

Manage brand business performance, licensee relationships, retail and marketplace opportunities, go-to-market execution, product approvals, merchandising, market research, and trademark and contract tracking. Coordinate cross-functional meetings with marketing, creative, legal, and business development teams. Maintain calendars, reporting, partner reviews, launch materials, compliance records, and royalty processes while supporting brand growth strategies.
